Churma

Churma, the famous food of Malwa, is consumed with dal-bati in every household of the district on holidays, festivals and normal days. To prepare churma, first of all, ghee is mixed in the flour and then large balls are made by kneading them. These balls are roasted on the fire of the fire and crushed into fine powder. Ghee, sugar/jaggery, cashews, raisins, cardamom are added to this churma as per requirement and laddus/churmas are made and used.
